I've been a vegetarian for years for personal and health reasons, and I always appreciate when supplements and vitamins are designed with us vegetarian in mind. There is lots of vitamin C in fruits and veggies, but I like to take an additional dose right away in the morning so that I'm covered, especially if I don't end up eating breakfast that day. I also want to make sure I have plenty of vitamin C in my system during the winter. I hate getting sick!
