This active, retexturizing, and non-abrasive exfoliating cleanser is sodium lauryl sulfate free and combines alpha and beta hydroxy acids to purify your skin without stripping it of its natural moisture. The combination of glycolic (~6%) and salicylic (<2%) acid work together to remove dead skin cells and eat bacteria off your skin. This cleanser can be used in the shower and is great for mornings to deeply clean your skin before starting your daily skincare routine. 

While Clarifying Cleanser was formulated for all skin types, since it does contain glycolic and salicylic acid, we do not recommend it be used both morning and night every day. Instead, we recommend it be used in the mornings, and a more sensitive cleanser, such as Sensitive Skin Cleanser or Soothing Green Tea Cleanser, be used in the evenings.
